- Served as Grand Knight - Knights of Columbus
- Contribution to Les Scouts du Canada
- Instrumental in starting francophone scouting movement which still exist in Maillardville and Victoria
- Awarded Medaille Amelie Gareau, Medaille Scoute Emerite, Medaille Croix de Jerusalem, Medaille Jean Vanier (highest honour to be achieved)
- Received Queen’s Golden Jubliee Award for excellence and outstanding community contribution - 2002
- Club des Pensionnes de Maillardville - Past Chairperson (10 years service) and presently serving as outgoing president
- Former Director - Association Habitat
- Societe Place Maillardville Society - Currently Vice President
