Starting Monday, February 24 until Friday, March 7, Pollard St and Crouch Ave will be closed for two weeks, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Gemco Construction will be completing site clearing work for the development at Pollard St and Crouch Ave.

When: February 24 to March 7. Crews will be working Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Traffic Impacts: During construction, Pollard Street and Crouch Avenue will be fully closed during active construction. Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians will be detoured. The contractor will install signage in the area to advise roads users of the closure, which will be in place during working hours only. Local access to residents will be maintained. Please plan alternate route.
