The development at 606 Elmwood St will be completing underground work, starting on August 18 to 31, nightly between 8 pm to 6 am. Traffic will be impacted on Como Lake Ave, west of Clarke Rd. Elmwood St will be closed between Como Lake Ave and Gardena Dr.

When: August 18 to August 31. Due to high traffic volumes in the area and overall public safety, work will take place during night time hours, between 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Traffic Impacts: During active construction, Elmwood Street between Como Lake Avenue and Gardena Drive will be closed. In addition, traffic along Como Lake Avenue between Tyndall Street and Clarke Road will be limited to single lane in each direction. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Please plan an alternate route to avoid delays or plan extra time when using this route. There will be associated noise due to type of machinery that will be used. We apologize in advance for the disruption.
