City-Owned Land Sales

The City of Coquitlam strategically acquires and sells lands in a way that ensures maximum benefit to the community. Land-sale proceeds are reinvested in the community, with a portion of each sale set aside for future strategic purchases.

Coquitlam’s City Lands and Real Estate Division represents the City as land and property owner and provides advice and assistance in the leasehold and freehold purchase and sale of City-controlled real estate assets.

Current City Land Sale Opportunities

The City of Coquitlam owns a number of properties, including commercial, industrial, mixed-use lots and residential development sites, that are periodically offered for sale. Our dedicated and professional City Lands team expertly guides prospective buyers and developers throughout the purchase process.

Privately-Owned Land

For privately-owned lots, prospective buyers are encouraged to contact a local area real estate agent for assistance or visit RealtyLink to view the Multiple Listing Service lot listings for the Coquitlam area.

City-Owned Land for Temporary Commercial Lease or License
