Where can I see if the refund has been applied to my recreation registration account ?

Once you've logged in online:

  1. Click on the name of the child/youth that has the 2024 Summer Child and Youth Pass
  2. Scroll down to "Transaction" and from the drop-down list on the right side, select: "Transaction - Members"
  3. Once the credit has been applied, you will see a line called "Customer Adjustment" and "-$15.00"
  4. If there is more than one passholder on the account, a single credit will be issued for all passholders. When logging in, select the "Primary Contact" and follow steps 2 and 3 above.
