Spending time in nature can help clear the mind, reduce stress and keep the body healthy. 

Coquitlam is proud to offer outdoor recreation programs for all ages to explore the outdoors, learn about the natural environment and how to do it safely. 

Registered programs include programs for preschoolers, camps for school-aged children, baby-and-me hiking, guided hikes, mountain biking, learn to fish and backcountry navigation courses.
