How to Watch a Live Council Meeting Online
Live broadcasts of City Council meetings can be accessed by clicking the In Progress link next to the desired meeting in the Upcoming Events section below. The broadcast will be accessible 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
If you do not see the In Progress link at the schedule time of a meeting, refresh the page. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Council meetings may begin up to 15 minutes late. Once the meeting has begun, the Watch link will become live.
Archived meetings are generally available by noon the day after the meeting and can be found under the Available Archives section in the section below.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Google Chrome users may need to update their settings prior to viewing the broadcast. View instructions online.
- Mozilla Firefox users may experience difficulties on Android devices at this time. Chrome is the recommended browser.
Agendas
Current Regular Council, Public Hearing and Council-in-Committee meeting agendas are available by 5 p.m. the Friday prior to a scheduled meeting(s).
Copies of the agenda cover pages are also provided at the meeting place prior to the start of the meeting. Agenda packages can be requested from the City Clerk's Office, though a fee may be charged.
Minutes
Minutes of Regular Council, Public Hearings and Standing Committee meetings are available to the public following their adoption or receipt at the next Regular Council Meeting.

Advisory Committees
Please note that Advisory Committee Meetings are not advertised as part of the 'Upcoming Events' table below. Advisory Committees will be available to watch either in person or online via Zoom Webinar. Please go to the City's Committees and Board webpage to sign up for a participation link. The participation link will allow you to log in and view the meeting remotely.
