A Pre-Application is the first step in the formal development application process. This early review allows City staff from multiple departments to provide applicants with preliminary, high-level direction to help them decide how to move forward with their proposal. A Pre-Application is not intended to review a development concept at the same level of detail as a complete application.
A Pre-Application is mandatory for most types of development projects.
Small-Scale Multi-Unit development projects are reviewed through the Pre-Screen Application Process
